• Contact details you give us: your name, email address, company or brand, and anything you write when you email us or fill in a form to request a quote or ask a question.
• Project information: the files and text you send for translation, used only to prepare a quote and carry out the work.
• Analytics: if you accept our analytics cookie, we collect anonymised usage data (pages visited, roughly how long, general location) through Google Analytics. Your IP address is anonymised. We use no advertising cookies and do not sell or share your data.

How we use your information

• To reply to your enquiry and prepare a quote.
• To deliver and manage the translation work you order.
• To improve our website and understand how visitors use it (only with your consent to the analytics cookie).

Cookies and consent

Third parties we rely on

We use a small number of trusted providers to run our business: Microsoft 365 (email and file storage), our website host, and Google Analytics (only after consent). Each processes data on our behalf under their own security and privacy terms. We do not sell your personal data to anyone.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiry and project data only as long as needed for the work and for our legal and accounting obligations, then delete it. Analytics data is retained for a limited period in Google Analytics and is anonymised.

Your rights

Under the GDPR you can ask us to access, correct, or delete your personal data, or to stop using it. To make a request, email ag@linguabeauty.com and we will respond within the time the law allows. You also have the right to complain to your local data protection authority.
